  • Peaches in syrup 1 can (830g)
  • Heavy cream 400g
  • Lime (juice) Juice of 1 lime
  • Unflavored gelatin 12g
  • Water 50ml
  • Fresh peaches (for decoration) As needed
Instructions:
Prepare the Gelatin Mixture:

In a small bowl, combine the unflavored gelatin with 50ml of water.
Stir well to dissolve the gelatin and let it sit for a few minutes to bloom.

Whip the Heavy Cream:

In a large mixing bowl, whip the heavy cream until stiff peaks form.
Be careful not to overwhip.

Prepare the Condensed Milk Mixture:

In another bowl, pour the condensed milk.
Add the juice of one lime and mix well to combine.

Incorporate the Gelatin:

Once the gelatin has bloomed, heat it gently until fully dissolved.
Allow it to cool slightly.

Pour the Mixture Over the Peaches:

Carefully pour the condensed milk and whipped cream mixture over the peaches, covering them completely.

Chill and Set:

Place the dessert in the refrigerator and allow it to chill for at least 4 hours, or until set.
